General Provisions

Privacy Policy — rules that govern the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data that may be requested/obtained when using the web portal k-2.army (hereinafter — the Portal).

Personal data — information or a set of information about a natural or legal person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

The Portal Administrator highly respects the confidential (personal) information of any persons using the information posted on the Portal, as well as the subjects of the Portal — registered users, authorized representatives of providers, instructors (trainers), and thus strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data, thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Portal.

By filling in the registration form and checking the box indicating you have read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy), you give your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing role-based access, and preparing statistical, administrative, and other information related to professional training.

Before using the Portal, please read carefully your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data as outlined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine ""On Personal Data Protection,"" this Policy, and express your full agreement with its terms.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

The collection of personal data is carried out solely based on your conscious and voluntary decision as the subject of personal data to use the functional capabilities of the Portal and in accordance with the purpose of personal data processing stated in this Policy.

The scope and type of collection and use of your personal data vary depending on the role in which you intend to use the Portal's functionalities.

By registering on the Portal based on the selected role and filling in your personal account data, you provide the following data:

Full name, date of birth, gender, or other identifying data, phone number, and e-mail;

Information related to your professional activity: place of work, position, position category, specialty, qualification, academic degree, academic title, etc.;

Additional registration data.

When further using the Portal, information contained in contact form requests / electronic messages is automatically collected.

Purpose of Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out for the purpose of:

Providing role-based access, in particular:

Registration of Portal subjects; 

Organizing electronic interaction of Portal subjects through personal accounts;

Generalization and systematization of registers and structured data, in particular:

List formation;

Monitoring, generalization, and analysis of statistical data generated by Portal subjects as a result of its use.

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary according to the purpose of their collection, processing, and use or until you stop using the Portal by deleting your Portal account.

Access to Personal Data

Full access to the personal data of registered Portal subjects is granted to an authorized person of the Portal administrator.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Portal Administrator (K-2) does not transfer or disclose personal data received from registered Portal subjects to third parties. 

Disclosure of personal data is possible in cases defined by current legislation of Ukraine, as well as when engaging third parties providing technical support and/or services for improving the Portal under a contract and under the condition of non-disclosure of personal data.

The Portal may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and other Internet resources. Third-party resources may be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. Third-party resources and their content are not reviewed by us for compliance with requirements (accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.). K-2 is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party resources.

Protection of Personal Data

The Portal Administrator takes necessary procedural and technical measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or dissemination on the Portal.

Changes to the Policy Terms

The Portal Administrator may change this Policy to accurately reflect the methods of collecting, processing, using, accessing, and protecting personal data.

Accordingly, you should review this Policy periodically. When the Portal Administrator changes this Policy, it updates the “last modified” date at the top of this Policy. Changes to this Policy are effective when published.

Your Rights

By registering on the Portal, you have the right to:

Receive information about the sources of collection and the location of your personal data, as well as the purpose of their processing;

Receive information about the conditions for access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;

Receive information about the processing and use of your personal data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request (except in cases provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);

Submit a reasoned request to the data owner objecting to the processing of your personal data;

File complaints regarding the processing of your personal data by the data owner or data controller with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;

Use legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Location of Personal Data

The owner and controller of personal data is K-2.
